Band & Guard Registration 2023-'24

This helps us update our database (as well as the Charms system used for important emails and schedules from the music directors), and you will learn about AV Music volunteer needs and how you can help. 

SUGGESTED AMOUNTS (2023-'24)

While students may participate regardless of financial ability, the annual budget is developed on the premise that all families will contribute as able. If you have questions, contact AFM treasurer Ed Chen (treasurer@amadormusic.org).

• Marching Band & Color Guard: $1350

• Freshman Concert Band / Symphonic Gold / Symphonic Purple: $300

• Wind Ensemble I / Wind Ensemble 2: $350

• Jazz A / Jazz B / Jazz Workshop: $210

Example:

Families with a student in Concert Band and Marching Band are suggested to contribute a total of $1650 (ie $300+$1350).

• (required) Field Trip form 

• (required) PUSD Emergency Medical Information form 

(bring printed copy, even if you already emailed it to the Registrar)

• (if needed) *Contract to Carry Life-Sustaining Medication 

• (if needed) *Administration of Medication Consent Form 

*These forms require signatures by your healthcare provider. 

✔️ Return signed forms at one of these times: 

• July 29 (Sat) 7-8:30pm (right after New Member Info Mtg 6pm in Band Room)

• Aug 3 (Thu) 7:30-8:30pm (with Dessert Social, then watch last half hour of band camp 8:30-9pm)

[After Aug 3] Please bring donation checks and signed forms to the Band Room:

• Checks go into wooden box (accessed by Ed, AFM treasurer - treasurer@amadormusic.org)

• Forms go into the metal bin (accessed by Renee, AFM registrar - registrar@amadormusic.org)
