NYC Trip 2023

The Amador concert bands are traveling to New York City April 7-12, 2023! This is the "big trip" that happens every four years.

Payments

NOTE: NYC Trip payments are not included in the music program's Fall Donation asks.

A deposit ($100) was due June 14 to secure a spot. Make checks out to Amador Friends of Music and drop off in Band Room, or mail to AFM, PO Box 602, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Please write student's name on memo line.

Trip Payment #1 ($350) due Sep 7 (Online payments include $7.61 processing fee)

Trip Payment #2 ($350) due Oct 26 (Online payments include $7.61 processing fee)

Balance in full due Jan 15 (Cancellation insurance (optional) must be purchased before final payment)

OPTION 1: Credit/Debit Card or PayPal

Online transactions will go into AFM's PayPal account and require a small processing fee.

In the "What's the payment for" section, write "NYC" and student's name.

OPTION 2: Write a Check

Write check to AFM & give to Mr. Grantham or mail to PO Box 602, Pleasanton, CA 94566-0060

Note "NYC" and student's name in memo. Include your email if you want a receipt.
