Donations
Amador Music depends on donations from families to maintain our programs.
Your donations help fund many things that district funding cannot fully cover:
MARCHING BAND UNIFORMS • FIELD SHOW MUSIC • CHOREOGRAPHY • COMPETITION FEES • PROPS • TRANSPORTATION • COLOR GUARD EQUIPMENT • INSTRUMENT PURCHASES • INSTRUMENT REPAIRS • SHEET MUSIC • ADDITIONAL COACHES FOR ALL ENSEMBLES
While students may participate regardless of ability to donate, the annual budget is developed on the premise that all families will contribute as able. All donations are greatly appreciated, even if you are not able to give the full amount.

REQUESTED AMOUNTS (2023-'24):
Marching Band & Color Guard: $1350
Freshman Concert Band / Symphonic Gold / Symphonic Purple: $300
Wind Ensemble I / Wind Ensemble 2: $350
Jazz A / Jazz B / Jazz Workshop: $210
Example:
Families with a student in Concert Band and Marching Band are requested to contribute $1650 (ie $300+$1350).
WAYS TO DONATE:
Check - calculate total and write to "Amador Friends of Music." Bring to wooden box in Band Room OR mail to PO Box 602, Pleasanton, CA 94566-0060. Include email on check to receive a receipt. (This option avoids all fees.)
PayPal - click icons below (NOTE: AFM is charged a credit card fee.)
Online via Future Fund (NOTE: Future Fund may charge you a platform fee in addition to credit card fees.)
