2019-2020 MARCHING BAND & COLOR GUARD REGISTRATION

Band Registration is scheduled for August 3, 8, or 10, 2019

You should have received your personal invitations to Cut Time, the new platform replacing Charms for data management, calendars and donations. Each person has their own account, one for each parent and one for the student.

TO HELP RUN A SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT REGISTRATION, PLEASE UPDATE PARENTS CONTACT INFORMATION ONLINE ON CUT TIME BEFORE ARRIVING TO REGISTRATION.

Please BRING IN the 5 required forms and FutureFund receipts to registration. All the information needed are in the links provided in this page. Volunteer Clearance Forms and Donations may be done online too.

KEY DATES

Saturday, August 3rd (NEW Band & Color Guard Families)

Thursday, August 8th (ALL Band & Color Guard Families)

Saturday, August 10th (ALL Band & Color Guard Families)

For New Band and Color Guard Families, registration will take place on Saturday, August 3 from 3:30-4:30 pm outside the trophy room OR 8:00-9:00 pm in the choir room. The times correspond to before and after the new parent orientation meeting.

For All Families, registration will take place on Thursday, August 8 from 8:30-9:30 am before camp OR 8:30-9:30 pm after camp (both times in choir room) OR Saturday, August 10 from 8:30-9:30 am outside the trophy room.
