No matter where you shop for everyday groceries, you can earn money for AFM and in most cases, for your student’s music account as well, just by scanning your store loyalty card at each purchase. Whether you typically patronize SAFEWAY, RALEY’S, LUCKY or GENE’S, the AVHS Music Programs can benefit greatly by your no-cost, no-risk participation in one or more of the these programs. If you vary your shopping habits, just get one of each card (and buy Scrip for Gene's) and you’ll maximize the earnings!”

Earn Money While You Shop! |

FREE MONEY!! If you shop at Raley’s or Nob Hill Foods, you can earn real dollars for your band member’s student account just by scanning your free QUALITY OF LIFE CARD every time you shop.
It’s easy to sign up: contact the AFM Raley’s coordinator, Jenny Howard, for your cost-free yellow card, register it quickly online, and remember to hand it to the cashier or scan it yourself before every purchase you make. If you already have a Raley’s card, you can also re-designate it to benefit AFM.
Raley’s contributes to AFM 4 times a year on a tiered rebate schedule according to how much you spend when using your card:
1% on monthly purchases up to $300
2% on monthly purchases between $300 & $500
3% on monthly purchases between $500 & $600
4% on monthly purchases over $600
From Raley’s quarterly contribution, 75% is credited directly to your student’s account; the remaining 25% goes to the AFM General Fund. It adds up quickly, and come time to pay fall and spring fees you’ll see a nice surprise credit . . . so get a card today! This program is year-round and new cards can be registered at any time.
Please note that Raley’s does not publish any personal information or purchase records, and the reports issued to AFM each quarter show only a card number and the amount of the rebate associated with that number. |

Family and Friends Can Help, Too! |
|
|
|
|
Your friends and family can be earning money for AFM as well. Ask them to contact our Raley’s/Lucky coordinator - Jenny Howard - for their own loyalty cards and request that they designate your student for any program that credits a percentage to student accounts. (i.e., Raley’s does this, Lucky does not.) They can also participate in the Scrip gift card program! |

Do you shop at Lucky grocery stores? Get a Lucky S.H.A.R.E.S. card and you can start raising money for the music programs at Amador! It's incredibly easy!
AFM has obtained specially designated Lucky S.H.A.R.E.S. cards to distribute to you, your families and your friends! S.H.A.R.E.S. stands for Supporting Humanities, Arts, Recreation, Education & Sports and is Lucky’s way of giving back to the community.
The good news is that it doesn't cost you anything at all, and you don’t even have to register your card. Simply email the AFM Lucky S.H.A.R.E.S Coordinator in order to obtain a card, then use it each time you shop at any Lucky store; the AFM general fund will receive a rebate of up to 3% of all qualified purchases. You can take additional cards for your friends, extended family, neighbors - anyone who shops at Lucky, anywhere in the region!
100% of the Lucky S.H.A.R.E.S. rebates will go towards operating expenses for the music department. Please note that Lucky S.H.A.R.E.S. rebates cannot be credited to individual student accounts, but don't let that stop you! If we can cover the costs of some operating expenses through programs like S.H.A.R.E.S., that is a savings for us all! Any questions? Please contact Jenny Howard.
